In 2012, during the International Peace, Philosophy, and Literature Award ceremony in Hong Kong, I, as the chairman of this award, solemnly announced the initiative to create the Assembly of World Progress. This organization was envisioned to be established for the scientific, cultural, industrial, and economic development of the world, as well as for the global resolution of strategic challenges facing humanity.
 

The Assembly plans to establish an International Industrial and Technological Cluster, based on cooperation in various fields of science, engineering, culture, medicine, aviation, and mechanical engineering. This cluster will facilitate the global advancement of civilization’s scientific and industrial potential within the world’s macroeconomic and geopolitical system.
 

A Coordinating Council for Strategic Development is to be created, tasked with developing breakthrough practical solutions for the Assembly in diverse areas of knowledge. It is proposed that 10% of the revenue generated from successfully implemented strategic initiatives—including innovations, global breakthrough technologies, etc.—be allocated to a Future Generations Development Fund. This fund will accumulate assets on a deposit basis with a future role as an Internal Reserve Bank (IRB) under the Coordinating Council’s management. The creation of this bank will include a new security system and its own discount mechanism.
 

One of the Assembly’s projects is the establishment of the Fund for Progressive Achievements of Humanity, which will present awards in 12 categories, aligned with the criteria for the development of civilization across all spheres of society. A program has also been developed for establishing Assembly representations in every country around the world.

A visionary global project, The Soul of the World Architectural Complex

The complex is expected to have significant economic and cultural impact — from addressing planetary challenges to attracting visitors from all over the world.
 

Also planned is the creation of an International Innovative Medical Institute, where the most complex surgeries will be performed free of charge, followed by complete rehabilitation using the latest techniques.
